PMC (Perfection Medical Conferences) provides medical education, including online courses, live online sessions, hands-on training, fellowships and memberships, through pmcs.me. This policy explains how we handle your personal information when you use our website and services.

Account details: your name, email address and password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We do not receive your Google password.

Profile and registration details: phone number, country, professional information, clinic or company name, and any documents you upload for eligibility or registration.

Payment information: order, invoice and receipt records, and bank-transfer receipts you upload. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.

Learning records: course progress, attendance, assessments and certificates issued to you.

Communications: messages, enquiries, reviews and testimonials you send us, including any photo or video you choose to share.

Technical information: basic device, browser and usage data needed to keep the website secure and working.

To create and manage your account, process registrations and payments, and give you access to programmes.

To send service emails, such as confirmations, invoices, receipts, payment reminders, schedules and certificates.

To issue and verify certificates. The public certificate verification page shows only the details needed to confirm that a certificate is genuine.

To answer your questions, provide support, and improve our programmes and website.

To meet legal, accounting and security obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run PMC, such as hosting and database providers, Stripe for card payments, and our email delivery provider. We also share it with faculty assigned to your programme, where that's needed to teach and assess you, or when the law requires it.

Reviews and testimonials are shown publicly only after you submit them and we approve them.

Your information is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with access controls. Private documents, invoices and certificates can be seen only by you and authorised PMC staff. No online system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

We keep account, registration, payment and certificate records for as long as your account is active, and afterwards for as long as legal, accounting or certificate-verification purposes require.

You can view and update your profile in your account. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop certain uses of it, by contacting us. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.

We use essential cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and make the website work. We do not use advertising cookies.
