Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to everyone who uses pmcs.me and PMC services. PMC is operated by Perfection Medical Conferences and Seminars Organizing Co, registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or registering for a programme, you agree to these terms.

You must give accurate details and keep them up to date. Keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Each account is for one person only. You may sign in with email and password or with your Google account.

Some programmes are open only to qualified healthcare professionals and may require documents to confirm eligibility. PMC may decline or cancel a registration that does not meet the stated requirements.

When you start a registration, a seat may be held for you for a limited time while payment is pending. Your registration is confirmed only once payment is confirmed.

Prices are shown in the currency set for each programme or membership plan (USD or AED), and you pay in that currency. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. For bank transfers, you upload your transfer receipt and PMC verifies it before confirming payment.

Unpaid orders expire at their payment deadline, and any held seat is released.

Where a deposit option is offered, the deposit secures your seat and is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid by the due date shown on your invoice. If it is not paid on time, PMC may cancel the registration.

Programme fees and deposits are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may ask to transfer your registration to a later intake of the same programme, subject to seat availability and PMC's approval.

PMC may need to change programme dates, faculty, venue or content. We will tell you about significant changes. If PMC cancels an intake, you may transfer to another available intake.

Access to online courses and replays is personal to you and lasts for the access period shown for each programme. You may not share your login, or record, copy or redistribute course content.

Membership benefits are as described for each plan at the time you join. Memberships do not renew or charge automatically; renewal requires a new payment.

Certificates are issued only when the completion requirements for a programme are met. Anyone can check a certificate on our public verification page. PMC may revoke a certificate that was issued in error or obtained improperly.

All course materials, videos, documents and website content belong to PMC or its faculty and are provided for your personal learning only.

Reviews, photos and videos you submit are checked before publishing. By submitting them, you allow PMC to display approved reviews on its website. Do not upload anything unlawful or that you do not have the right to share.

PMC training is educational. It does not license you to practise or perform any procedure. You remain responsible for your own clinical practice and for meeting the regulations that apply where you work.

To the extent permitted by law, PMC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any registration is limited to the fees you paid for it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date below shows when they were last changed. Registrations already confirmed keep the terms that applied when you registered.
