Explore cosmetic gynecology through an in-person fellowship in Dubai combining clinical teaching, case-based discussions and supervised practical learning.

The programme covers patient assessment, vulvovaginal anatomy, injectable and fat-grafting approaches, energy-based technologies and the principles of selected surgical procedures, including labiaplasty, vaginoplasty and perineoplasty.

Participants will examine how to assess patient concerns, compare treatment options and develop individualised care plans. Particular attention is given to informed consent, realistic expectations, clinical evidence, complication awareness and post-treatment care.

The curriculum also reviews emerging applications in regenerative gynecology, distinguishing proposed uses from established care and considering their evidence limitations.

Practical participation is matched to the participant’s professional background, permitted scope and the confirmed clinical programme. Procedures included in the curriculum may be taught through discussion, demonstration, simulation or supervised practice; not every listed procedure is guaranteed as an individual hands-on case.

Learning objectives

  • Identify relevant vulvovaginal and perineal anatomy when assessing patients and planning procedures.
  • Evaluate patient concerns, expectations and suitability for cosmetic gynecology interventions.
  • Compare the proposed applications, limitations and risks of PRP, hyaluronic acid, fat grafting and energy-based technologies.
  • Describe the principles of microfat and nanofat preparation for applications discussed in the programme.
  • Explain the assessment and planning considerations for labiaplasty, vaginoplasty and perineoplasty.
  • Develop patient-centred counselling and informed-consent approaches that reflect the available evidence.
  • Recognise potential complications and discuss appropriate escalation, referral and follow-up.
  • Practise selected skills under supervision within the participant’s approved scope.
  • Critically appraise emerging applications in regenerative gynecology.
