Non-surgical rhinoplasty addresses selected nasal contour and muscular concerns without altering the underlying bony framework surgically. This course relates nasal anatomy and vascular risk to patient selection, realistic expectations and the limitations of adding volume to camouflage irregularities.
The teaching covers hyaluronic acid fillers, botulinum toxin and absorbable threads. Topics include consultation, clinical photography, preparation, procedural principles, aftercare and review, alongside discussion of vascular risks and thread-related complications.
The course suits medical and aesthetic clinicians seeking a structured review of non-surgical nasal reshaping. It distinguishes filler-based contour camouflage from muscular effects and thread-based support, helping learners compare the aims and limitations of each approach.
Through case discussion and recorded procedural demonstrations, participants practise assessing nasal contours, identifying suitability concerns and explaining achievable outcomes. Demonstrations compare needle and cannula approaches and include a filler case for nasal hump camouflage, followed by the beginning of a second patient assessment.
Learning objectives
- Relate nasal structural, vascular and muscular anatomy to treatment assessment and procedural risk.
- Assess patient concerns, suitability and expectations for non-surgical nasal reshaping.
- Compare the aims and limitations of hyaluronic acid fillers, botulinum toxin and absorbable threads.
- Explain the preparation, treatment planning and procedural principles shown in the demonstrations.
- Recognise the adverse effects and thread-related complications discussed in the teaching.
- Outline aftercare, reassessment and communication of realistic treatment outcomes.
